Please note for all submission calls listed on this page stories must be hot, the hotter the better. No sweet romances will be accepted for any of these calls.
Secret Agents, Cops and Spies added 15th May 2009
We are looking for erotic romance novellas and novels of secret agents, cops and spies and with a strong contemporary suspense, paranormal or urban fantasy plot. Give us your take no crap alpha males, your kick-ass heroines, same sex lovers, and really nasty bad guys to challenge them. We're looking for m/f, menage and m/m titles. We will also consider f/f (lesfic) stories for this call but we only have one available slot in 2010 for an f/f pairing. These stories must be erotic romances, but you can let the steam build before bringing your protagonists together for that first hot sex scene. Be sure to include the romantic element, though it does not have to be the primary theme of the story. This is an open call that began reading on the 15th of July 2009 and has no closing date. Stories should be from 25,000 to 55,000 words. Longer works will be considered. Accepted submissions will be published beginning in January of 2010.

We want external conflict where the protagonists need to overcome dangers and obstacles created by outside forces, be that a damaged space ship, a time travel experiment gone wrong, or some bad people trying to take power from the government. You decide! Again we're looking for those strong willed heroines who take no crap from anyone. Strong alpha males, cute beta guys, same sex couples are all welcome.
